We started in Synkronice October 2010. Went to level 4 by March 2011 it took us a bit longer to get to level 5 but made it in November 2011.  We were lucky enough to go on the cruise in May which was great ,lovely food and entertainment, met some nice people from all over Europe with Synkronice  and it was nice seeing some of them again at the leadership weekend in Sweden.
