Fast Start Bonus


Synkronice Fast start Bonus, is a unique tool to increase production in the network. Synkronice Fast start Bonus is designed to help all new members to set goals and a work plan for the first 30 days of their new business. 

This bonus is valid for 30 days from the time a new member enrolls in Synkronice. 

The goal is to register their first three personal Synkronice members, and also during the period to help them to do the same, i.e. register their first three personal Synkronice members. 

When reaching this goal their bonus is tripled!  Already with the market's sharpest bonus plan you have €600 signup bonus for reaching this goal.  With Synkronice Fast start bonus you have a total of € 1800! 

Fast Start will only be paid out on members qualified with minimum eight Spinglo friends. 


Product Package Commission

The standard product package contains YourLife 2.0, a fully featured 10 day personal development motivational course delivered as a 5 CD box set plus the Banking Solutions Package is sold to customers at a price of €575. No commissions are paid on your first sale, but any further sales in the first twelve months will qualify for this commission. There is no ongoing qualification requirement, within the first year, and no requirement to purchase any product yourself (though you may wish to sample this fantastic discounted product package for yourself).

After your qualifying sale for the first two product packages customers purchase, you will receive a bonus of €25 on each. From product package three onwards, this bonus will be €200 per package. Product Package Commision will only be paid out on members qualified with minimum eight Spinglo friends. 


Infinity Signup Bonus

If you chose to become a leader in the business, and recruit other Associates into the business, then you will have an ongoing responsibility to work with those Associates to help them to achieve their goals in the business. In compensation for this you will receive an override on their Product Package Sales.

You will receive €175 for the first and second product package sold by Associates in your downline. You will receive this bonus indef nitely for the first and second Product Package sold by any Associate who is registered at each level.

Leadership Development Bonus will only be paid out on members qualified with minimum eight Spinglo friends.


Executive Product Package Commissions

Synkronice offers an enhanced product package for customers who wish to take a more intense approach to the Personal and Financial growth opportunities available. This product package includes 4 copies of Your Life 2.0 (the fully featured 10 day personal development motivational course) in addition to all the benefits available on the standard package, and is valued at in excess of €2000. The package itself costs €1725. No commissions are paid on the first sale of this package by an Associate but for subsequent sales of these product packages they are then eligible to receive commissions are €75 for the first two product packages sold, then €600 for all subsequent packages sold. These commissions are paid on direct sales by the Associate to customers.

Qualified Associates will also receive the leadership development bonus on all sales of Executive Product Packages in their downline, at €525 for the first and second Executive Product Packages sold by Associates in their downline. (leadership development starts from your third sponsor line) 


Open Line Bonus

When you have achieved a set level of product sales during a quarter, in both of your legs, you will qualify for the Open line bonus for that quarter.

Once you qualify for this bonus, you will receive an extra amount of commission based on all of the product package sales in your organisation, down to the next member who has achieved the same level or higher.

There are five levels to achieve. If you achieve the highest level, and don't have any associates qualified under you for the Open line Bonus in a sponsor line, you will receive a bonus for all Product Package sales registered. If any Associate has achieved a lower level, you will receive a bonus for the levels this member has not achieved. Open Line bonus will only be paid out on members qualified with minimum eight Spinglo friends. 

The size of the bonus is based on the number of members who have qualified based on their product sales.

• To be entitled to Open Line Bonus, you have to be qualified for Level 5 before the start of the bonus period.

• Every new open line period requires qualification according to line 1 & 2 qualification for the level achieved. 


Genealogy

All associates upon joining are automatically placed into a position in the sponsorship organisation under the associate who signed them up, in the first available position.

When products are sold through Synkronice or Spinglo, commissions are calculated in accordance with the Bonus Plan. In the associate organisation there are two positions at each level, the Synkronice system will automatically allocate a position for each associate joining in the downline of the introducing associate.

The qualification levels for the career ladder are based on both the sales organisation and your as- sociate builds, and of the sales which you have helped them to achieve.


The Career Ladder

Apart from the fulfilment of reaching new positions, there are also unique and generous rewards for achieving the different levels (for example; travel, watches and cars). There is also additional functionality activated in your hosted website back office to enable you to manage your larger team more effectively.

The qualification requirements for each level are based both on your sales organisation and their product package sales. The other element which determines promotion to higher levels is how ef- fectively you have helped those in your downline to achieve their goals, so remember to work with them and help them to achieve certain levels and to become leaders in the business themselves. The leaders you develop do not have to have been directly introduced to the business by you personally, and can be anywhere in your downline.
