Roger has come from a Computing background and at the age of 23, both he and his wife Paula started in the Networking industry and both gave up their conventional careers within 5 and a half years.  They now have three sons Jamie (13), Ian (11) & Reece (6) who are a constant motivation to them.

Roger's mission is: "to help people become free".

"It's all about developing people and empowering them to become the next generation of leaders."

This is Roger's 20th year in the network marketing industry and he is more excited about it now than when Paula and he got started!
